During your appointment, Dr. Ray will review your history and spend time getting to know you, including your concerns, lifestyle, priorities and what you would like to achieve.

Following a comprehensive assessment, he will discuss the treatment and skincare options that may be appropriate for you, along with expected outcomes, potential risks, recovery and timing. When helpful, Dr. Ray may also share before-and-after photographs of consenting View Laser patients with similar concerns to help you understand what may reasonably be achieved.

There is no expectation that you proceed with treatment. The purpose of your consultation is to give you the information and recommendations you need to make an informed decision.

Our medical aestheticians are also available to answer questions and provide support throughout your treatment journey.

The fee also helps us protect appointment availability for our patients. We kindly ask for more than 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, we may not have enough time to safely and thoroughly complete your scheduled appointment and may need to reschedule.

Depending on your goals, a personalized plan may incorporate a combination of treatments such as Botox® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, laser and energy-based treatments, skin rejuvenation procedures and medical-grade skincare.

Financing may also be available through Medicard, a third-party financing provider. Eligible patients can apply directly through Medicard, and financing approval, terms and repayment arrangements are determined by the financing provider.

Unopened Products
