Getting Here

View Laser is located at 1443 View Crescent in Tsawwassen, BC. Complimentary parking is available in the small parking lots on both the View Crescent and 56th Street sides of the clinic.

Once parked, please make your way to our front entrance on the View Crescent (east) side of the building. Look for the glass door labelled with our clinic name and enter through the glass entryway.

Once inside, turn immediately left and take the staircase to the second floor. Turn right at the top of the stairs, where our reception team will welcome you.

Arrive Fresh Faced

Whenever possible, please arrive for your consultation with clean skin and no makeup, particularly complexion products such as foundation, concealer, tinted moisturizer or powder.

This allows Dr. Ray and our medical aesthetics team to accurately assess your skin and take clear clinical photographs when required.

If you’re coming directly from work or another commitment, don’t worry. Simply arrive a few minutes early and you can cleanse your skin at the clinic. Makeup remover, facial cleanser and towels are available for your use.

Same Day Treatment

If you are interested in having treatment on the same day as your consultation, please let us know when booking your appointment. This allows our team to reserve additional time whenever possible.

Same-day treatment cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the treatment being considered, appointment availability and whether Dr. Ray determines that treatment is appropriate following your assessment.

Certain treatments require advance preparation, additional planning or a separate appointment and therefore cannot be performed on the day of your initial consultation.

There is never an expectation that you proceed with treatment at your consultation.

Forms

Before your first visit, our team will send you a comprehensive intake questionnaire covering your medical and aesthetic history, current concerns and treatment goals.

Whenever possible, please complete your forms at least 48 hours before your consultation. Having this information in advance allows Dr. Ray and our team to review your history and prepare for your appointment.

Additional consent forms will be reviewed and completed before any treatment is performed. Your provider will discuss the treatment, expected outcomes, potential risks and aftercare with you before proceeding.

Patient Photographs

Clinical photographs may be taken as part of your consultation or treatment planning. These images provide an objective record that can help our team assess your concerns, document your baseline and follow changes over time.

For this reason, we ask that you arrive with clean, makeup-free skin whenever possible.

Clinical photographs used as part of your care are separate from photographs used for marketing, social media or promotional purposes. Promotional use requires separate consent.
